Will Wasteland 1 include the Reset program?

I asked this on Wasteland 2 forum and got no response, but I think it's a very important question. Why is it an important question, you ask? Because as far as I'm aware, at least 1 platform's version of WL1 shipped with an in-house reset program (i.e. not the one I've linked below). It just makes the game that much better, and would be very easy to program for real programmers (i.e. not hobbyist programmers such as myself). Shit if I knew how to code it I'd do it myself.

Please please tell us it will, or if you can't for legal reasons, a rebuilt version of the same thing.

This is referring to both the shipped-with-WL2 version and the for-sale version.
