i have a guy who seems permanantly winded, how can i get rid of this?

Also, one thing I noticed is that if your character has full hit points and a status condition, the doctor skill doesn't fix the condition.

Exactly, you can't use the doctor's bag on full healthed characters.. Sucks big time..
Give them a little rest, but be sure to have 1.25 installed, or you'll suffer just like I did.. Take a look at my post, about stitch, etc..
