Windows mouse in game

For some reason, whenever I run the game, the windows mouse cursor shows up and stick in the middle of the screen and doesn't go away. I've tried rebooting my PC and it still does it. I'm using the patched version of Fallout as well. Any idea of how to get rid of it?

this looks like an issue with grahic card drivers or direct x version.

try replacing your drivers with newer ones or even find some older version
