Wondering if you could modify drugs..if so heres a suggestio

Instead of making all jet the same I was wondering if it was possible to make different degrees of jet, you know the good stuff and the weak stuff..good stuff would increase your stats better and it would last longer, weak stuff wouldnt last as long and it wouldnt have as much of an effect. You know make like 4 different degrees of Jet..
