Working Fallout save editor?

First time out of the vault
Long story short, I had the Hub police force turn hostile upon loading a save with no provocation. I tried the F1SE and F1se18.12.2010 save editors, but both stop responding no matter which compatibility or PC they are run on. I'm using Win7x64.

Are there any other editors that can disable combat mode on a save, or is there a tried-and-true method to getting either of the F1se versions to work?

There was a bug in f1se that did not let to load saves in combat mode.

Try the latest version from my signature.
