worldmap backround frm for city button list

i made one with 255 buttons,that with the sfall setting you can have max buttons,looks pretty good in my opinion,since i'm assuming the max cities in city.txt is the same as maps.txt(256 max),255 will let you have as many as you want,anyway it is on my site on the universal scripts page

edit : fixed the last box being "cropped" in half
