Wtf is Bandaged and how do i get Un-Bandaged??

Both me and Jo are Bandaged apparently, and it says we are beyond First Aid Kit help, and when i try Stein (my medic) with a Doctors Bag it says 'That Does Nothing'. The Med guy in Beta Bunker says 'Lets take a look at your wounds' but offers nothing but Barter and Done. It doesnt seem to be affecting me, but Jo cant shoot at anything, she has a loaded hunting rifle but whenever she aims it just shows a red cross, even tho she has clear line of sight and is within range. Both Jo and i show up as Unhurt and have full hp.

Throughout the game you will get the bandaged tag if you use the first aid kit. Using the doctor's bag or paramedic kit will get rid of the tag. Place the doctor's bag in your active inventory slot and click it to use it on someone.
