X-COM fansites?

It Wandered In From the Wastes
Are there any X-COM fan sites similar to NMA? IE good forum, guides and downloads? (good forum especially)

Yes I did try that. But google is not always the best way to find good sites, and in my case I didn't see any as fitting my criteria. (kinda like the second thing you said). Thats why I am asking here, don't use it as a crappy excuse for sanctimony. Automatically assuming the worst in responses makes you seem ignorant/antagonistic. End of discussion.

Looking for reccomendations from fans of X-COM.

Jumping on people who are trying to help you makes you seem like a person who's digging his own grave. Second strike.

Wow! 2 strikes in 17 posts, that has got to be a record!

I've gone to Stragety core ever since the fan site I used to go to merged. Haven't been in a long time.

If you want X-Com projects lookup UFO2000 or UFOAI. They are pretty cool.

There are people who get banned after one, so no. Also there's no need to dwell on it.

Someone on the Quarter to Three forum wrote that they are to X-Com what NMA is to Fallout, though I couldn't personally say whether that's accurate.
