X-Com game speed issues.

I found a link to X-Com ufo defense. I don't know if I should post it (abandonware still being considered piracy debate). Everything works the way it should, but I can't get it to run at the proper speed.
Any suggestions on slowing it down?

You might like to try the famous Moslo http://www.hpaa.com/moslo/moslotry.asp - best I can do, I'm afraid, unless you get your hands on an old PC (Pentium 90 is fine).
