XBox Live Marketing Slip?

First time out of the vault
Sorry if this has been posted before... I just saw this on the XBox Live page, and found it a pretty funny wording for the kind of marketing they have carefully constructed around the game so far...

Incidentally, this is where the link leads:

Notice to the trolls and flamers who had just spotted this, you are being watched.

At last some honesty! It seems Xbox guys know what they are talking about after all ;d
Or at least they know how to recognize a FPS game.

I found this on the site linked:

Frenzied bugs: Tagging irradiated bugs on their antennae will send them into a frenzy, making them unable to distinguish friend from foe. This is why the VATS system is so important, because strategic shot placement is rewarded with unique results.

Nice touch (pun intended), but why are antenna attacks OK, and eye attacks not? :P

They explained the reason for taking out eyeshots is because if you shoot at the head, its a headshot, period, whether its eyes or face or mouth or whatever.

That's so last-gen, you want to know what's next-gen?
Completely removing hit-boxes and aimed hits- because it doesn't matter WHERE do you shoot, it's important that your enemy dies.

So, no headshots, legshots, armshots etc in FO4.

I kno', that's exactly what my point is: Shots aren't all there is to it. What about jabs, punches and kicks?

They haven't addressed that issue.

But removing eyeshots for melee or thrown combat would be a total bummer.

That explanation is bogus anyway, it's entirely possible to get a bullet in the eye and survive. You just won't have much fun aiming afterwards.
And you'd think it'd be doubly survivable for a Super Mutant.

I think it would be great to cause complete immobilization by blinding with hand to hand combat or melee. I don't really want to blow the head off every enemy, I want them to take me to the leader!
