Is it better to use JHP or AP ammo with this thing?

This is the first time I have ever gotten my hands on this weapon.

Who can or will use it? It looks like it has a Rifle animation even though it is listed as a SMG, and if I understand things correctly, Sulik won't use a weapon with a Rifle animation.

Most correct. This weapon is more or less like tke Assault Rifle - same ammo, comparable power. Actually, I only find that it's cool because it's so rare.

You can make Cassidy, Vic or Skynet carry it as it is and it does use Rifle weapon type animation frames.

Sometimes caravaners to the south sell this one, too.
