I know you were able to convert your grenade pic into .frm, how on EARTH did you get the colors right, look at my post below on BMP settings and what-not, and see if you could help me, I'ld appriciate it, ohh, and I got the pics of your launcher and made one.

Hue:160 R:255
Sat:0 B:255
Lum:240 G:255

Make sure you don't have the image set to millions of colors, but 8bit(256) color instead.
