You ever get tired of the wasteland culture?

Do you ever play Fallout games and get tired of the bad vibe of the wasteland NPCs? I'm talking about the ubiquitous gang mentality and the fact that its easy to make NPCs go hostile and attack you just for rubbing them the wrong way. It feels like I'm in the WoW forums or the Counterstrike forums (as I remember them) when I'm talking to people in the various cities.

So are they supposed to be nice when they are trying to survive on the ruins of mankind ? barely having enough food to survive ?
i guess it would fit well if they started to hand out food and medical supplies to every stranger who passes by. :roll:
i love me the way they are. More they hate me bettter i feel.
Eidt: sorry about that, i was in bad mood after reading about the
beths DLC plans..battle of anchorage...sigh
 
I know why the wastelanders are like that. I even believe that the developers intended it to be that way for the reasons you mentioned.
