First time out of the vault
So I'm cruising along in my Fallout 2 Let's Play (subtle plug - http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrc3MjIGCRMVFUTyLw1L3MPxSv2ww4gKP , also thanks to Killap for doing the Restoration Project I'm playing) and I'm on the Enclave Oil Rig. I've never really thought about just rampaging through the Oil Rig before because it'd seemed like it would be some kind of outnumbering suicide. But I figured it'd be fun for the video audience, so I start going about it, shooting up all the Enclave guys with my Bozar <3 and the sniper perk, and suddenly I wallop this one guy for 1,146 hit points (and 15 hit points to the guy standing behind him).
