Your opinion about those Fallout 1 bugs

First time out of the vault
Hello, i am not new on this website, i have been there a few years before, but lost the password of my mail and then the password of my former account.
I have played all Fallout except Tactics.

I would like to forward some well know bugs, those who block the happy endins related to the Hub and the Followers of Apocalypse in Fallout 1. Those too endings are bugged and not available whatever you do.

I have had discussions on Fallout Wikia, and people there seem to think Bethesda is unlikely to ever fix those bugs, even when they will have the full rights(soon this year) to sell this game, because the code of the game is virtually lost(legal issues).

My question would be to know if you think Bethesda could fix those bugs if they publish a kind of enhanced edition one day, or if some modders have the skill to handle this.

I know this seems almost impossible and various specialists told me it would be very hard, but those bugs are really painful when you are a completionnist.

Hmmm, I seriously doubt Beth is interested in doing that.
Even if they have the code, which I think they don't, they have nothing to win out of fixing the older Fallouts. If they ever release an enhanced edition, which I don't think they will, they'll probably remake it from scratch with their current engine, so bugswide it will be a completely different game.

About modders, it depends. Scripting bugs are far easier for them to fix AFAIK, if it's an engine bug it COULD happen, but it's really unlikely.
I believe, but I'm not really sure, the bugs you are talking about are fixed in FIXT.

Those are not bugs, but rather cut content. It would make little sense to give you those endings without restoring the content too.
