Your own Fallout civilisation

Hi guys, I am new to the forum and thought I would make a fun good discussion, I hope you like it.

If you could build a town/civilisation in the Mojave Wasteland were would you build it, and what would your town/civilisation specialise in, and what would be your overall goal?

For example, I would build mine near Goodsprings as I'd have a close supply of food and clean water, also with Doc Mitchell close by he could train people to become doctors. I would specialise in more of the survival side rather than military as there are not many dangerous factions near by(Powder Gangers). My overall goal would be to side with the NCR and try to bring peace to them and the BoS while also convincing the BoS to help eliminate Ceasars Legion.

Nah, that's not Prosper.
Wrong subforum, I guess, although this is pretty general Fallout if you think about civilizations outside of the Mojave.
I have to say, though, it's a rather... silly thread?
