Need to make some gifs.. Online sites won't let me make them long enough!

So after asking around and doing some google work i've given upp on finding a site to covert a clip into a gif as i need 30 seconds to 1 minute long ones and most won't let you make them longer than like 15 seconds.

I guess photoshop is an option? If so how hard would it be for someone who have never used anything like that.. Besides paint?

Or is there another good option out there for me?

That would be nice. Right now it is 2 clips on youtube and 1 needs text/subtitles but the other one just needs to be a bit longer than any site would allow. Will post it tomorrow as i'm just about to hit the sack.
