Fallout 1.5 Resurrection cheats?

Deadeye

First time out of the vault
Recently found out this amazing mod was released in english and I have had a blast playing it. However, I was wondering if there is like a cheat engine or trainer for this mod? I just want to buff up my character a little bit, nothing game breaking.

Closest thing I have found is here http://www.cheatengine.org/forum/vi...ghlight=&sid=ff40a9bbf35239e24bea3ba25a74acd6

But I got no clue what they are talking about or how to implement these cheats. They mentioned an address for xp and cash but they don't say how to apply them. Can anyone explain to me how I can use this, or if there is a trainer for Resurrection out there?

If you want to buff up your character, and can't find a cheat way to do it, I would reccomend taking Caravan Jobs for either Frederyk's Dream or Sedit Caravans. There is no penalty to Caravan Members dying, so don't be afraid to use your fellow caravan guards as cover. Eventually you'll earn enough EXP to level up, and while your at it earn money for better equipment.

That thought had occured to me and while I done a few caravan jobs, I am a bit worried if there is like a timer ticking like it was in Fallout 1. I just got the mod and don't know much about it, if certain quests got a timer and such.

IIRC there is only one quest with a timer, and you will be informed of that when you pick it up. You can take as long as you want with most quests and the main storyline.

All right, that is good to know, thanks. Don't think I have picked that one quest that you mentioned, so I should be good. Time to hit the caravan duties and make sure the Nuka Colas and mole rat meat reaches to the settlements!

.....though seriously, if anyone does know of a trainer or cheat for Resurrection, feel free to tell me about it :P

I tried that but it did not work. Then again I have never used it before. Which file am I suppose to select to edit my save? I tried to select the save to edit but I kept getting error message.

Update: I got the Universeal F1 and F2, the latest one. While I can finally access the Resurrection save, ANY changes I make, be it big or just adding one perk, the game crashes when I try to load up the save. Any idea what I am doing wrong here?

Update 2: After looking over the topic, I saw the guy had tweaked so it can work on Resurrection as well. Just had to adjust the settings and thats it. Pretty awesome for going through the trouble making this editor.

Try pestering authors guys, ask them for releasing Igor. Beta-testers got him, he's godlike NPC capable to do almost anything in-game, through the dialogue window. Teleportation, items spawning, and stuff! This is confidential information so don't tell anybody. :mrgreen:

Please tell me how you did it?? I can't even find the file and I know exactly where it is!! My fallout2 isn't even installed in c:\program files its installed on another drive, and I never managed to open my SAVE.DAT

If people find the game too difficult, just change the SFALL settings so you can control your NPCs during combat. The Ghoul battles can be tricky when the NPCs shoot at different targets, taking control allows you to properly target single enemies and finishing battles more effectively. Grinding doesn't hurt either, level up your characters if they're piss weak. Editing your stats isn't necessary.

Look for (below) and change it to 1

;Set to one to directly control party members in combat
ControlPartyMembers=0
