Fallout 2 Unlimited companios mod exists?

If You mean Fo2 then yes part of fo2tweaks has such a feature to disable charisma recruitment limitations.. it disables both the CH/2 and the total cap of 5 max companions, so it's possible to recruit everyone in fo2.. in other Mods this doesn't nessecarily work (i.e not in Sonora)..
EtTu can be set via configuration toggle to disable Fo2 style charisma limitations, Resurrection does not have many companions you can enlist at the same time ( max 3 at a time i belive) and Nevada natively does not have any until You don't pick up the companion mod for it ( then it adds 3 companions to the game). Same goes for Last Hope where You only get Noel
