How to set Exit Grid Dest Map to numbers over 160?

The mapper tells me I can only input a number between -2 and 160. But the numbers in the map.txt go up to 172 (added by Restoration Project, I know). So how did they do it? I haven’t been able to find an answer to this so I’m reaching out here.
 
You should be able to type in higher values than 160, though? Did you apply the city limits patch?
 
I thought that might be it, but when I tried applying the patch it said that either the patch was already applied or the mapper is corrupted. So I tried reinstalling the mapper, but now it won’t even open. Something to do with an error loading the resolution. I guess I’ll figure this out later.
 
anyone knows the reason (and solution) for the mapper crashing (consistently) on certain maps, which it could load before? These maps are actually part of the game, not remnants.
 
Probably proto file issue. I'm guessing you've installed some mod/s before (RPU?).

Well in F:Nevada indeed I added protos and edited scripts, textfiles and the like. The maps are playable but some just crashing when trying to load in mapper. Other maps still load after being edited though.

But the issue with some creasing maps also exists in fresh RPU plus Ecco install without any further edits...
