Fallout TV Series season 2 teaser for a trailer

MATE THEY EVEN GOT WRONG WHICH SIDE THE DINOSAUR IN NOVAC IS FACING! how do you fuck up that abhorently, absolute fucking retards, couldn't imagine the writers being more than a group of lobotomized downies.View attachment 37721
Shhhhhhh! it is the best game adaptation ever! flying power armor, iron man face reveal thingy, no fallout side faction like the gun runners or the followers, no fallout og power armor the t-51b, shady sands in the wrong location, the 4 vault in los angelos that the master and the ncr didn't find when they were inside their territory
remember people if the capital fell, your country will do, we all know this, right? right?

I always felt the various NPC dialogues about the legion roads being safe as a clear parallel to how Hitler and Mussolini "made the trains run on time"
How many modern Fallout fans (of the game or the show....or members here!) know about Mussolini?

Most Fallout fans don't know about Tim Cain.
Most people who watch Blazing Saddles don't get John Hillerman's joke about the Laurel & Hearty handshake.

I think most Fallout fans know Tim Cain since he defended or liked the Fallout show. Because of this, I occasionally see people reference Tim Cain's opinion on the show whenever someone criticizes the show. Leonard Boyarsky, however, not so much.

I dont get the "oh but one of the original creators likes it so you MUST do so too!" spiel. its a shitty argument from brainless idiots who cant get enough of sucking triple-A dick.

Edit: nearly forgot to say that these peoples asses have been probed so much that they cant form their own thoughts.

some* most of fallout fans are casual gamers or tourist
still it is a brain dead argument and tim's video about "retcons are okay" is my least favorite, retcons are okay when they serve the story or world building themes...etc, but not butcher them, he mentioned midi-chlorians as one of these retcons he saw and ahhhh... i don't remember, anyway midi-chlorians is a good retcon that star wars fans hate it because they imagined the force to work ~mysteriously~ when midi-chlorians does not say shit about how the force work
this whole argument fall when you know there is a good retcon and a bad one

Because midichlorians outright contradict Yoda's speech from Empire Strikes Back.

you mean size matters not? it doesn't contradict then, the whole speech is about the force working differently than your muscles not the force is bigger than everything or you should be big so you have more midichlorians simple math like midichlorians number/cells number=how strong your connection to the force
midichlorians are good because they give limit to what people connection to the force, you don't want to say everyone connection to the force can get better with it, also it always was implied there was some biology in it, why do you think luke is as strong as vader in the force?

nothing changed about the force in the prequals only the the "scouter power level" and it is better than "somehow jedi knows who is a force users " when in the original trilogy vader didn't feel luke or leia as force users or feel them
you know what was bad and new about the force? the force having a will, this was a bad retcon that didn't exist in the originals

the same is happening with warhammer 40k
from what i know space marines and custodes are only male because the emperor didn't want them to find a way to replace humanity, so the process they are made heavily rely on Y chromosome
and the setting have also female only faction sisters of battle and sister of silence that both use power armor
but influencers and fans eat everything

I agree 100%. Midichlorians are good and better than the idea that just anyone can use it with discipline. People often misinterpret then and think that it somehow explains the Force in a way that ruins it's mystery or somehow contradicts the OT when it really doesn't, if anything it makes the Force even more mysterious because now we can ask things like what are these biological cells and how do they act as a conduit for the Force which remains untouched as a vague mysterious energy separate from these cells. From a worldbuilding standpoint though, it's merely a buffer to explain how some people can use the Force better than others, which actually benefits the worldbuilding of Star Wars because otherwise there'd be no reason for other factions to not just raise an armada of people trained to tap into the Force or why the Jedi/Sith didn't teach their Clones/Stormtroopers the discipline needed to use the Force at will.

They could have just made it so not everyone can use the force. Adding a stupid Dragon Ball power level is just adding unnecessary bullshit and contradicting the rule the original trilogy setup.

Adding dumbass cells doesn't make the force more mysterious, it's the complete opposite. Instead of wondering what it is, it's just some cells someone has in their bloodstream, and the more you have the better you are at force, which kills a lot of its mystique.

But really, the midichlorians are the least of the problems with the prequels. How it completely destroyed Vader is far worse than any dumb retcon. Now i wonder which character in season 2 of this dumbass TV show will get destroyed the most.
