Fallout TV Series season 2 teaser for a trailer

They could have just made it so not everyone can use the force. Adding a stupid Dragon Ball power level is just adding unnecessary bullshit and contradicting the rule the original trilogy setup.
which mean the force have a will which is worse
Adding dumbass cells doesn't make the force more mysterious, it's the complete opposite. Instead of wondering what it is, it's just some cells someone has in their bloodstream, and the more you have the better you are at force, which kills a lot of its mystique.
all is established about them is that they give you the access to the force not they are the force

I think trying to add a scientific explanation to a mysterious phenom is far worse. And makes it lamer.

That has nothing to do with what i said. I just said the more midichlorian crap you have, the better you are at the force.

From my research, it seems Disney has avoided mentioning midichlorians. The sequels are still shit, but at least they did something right. Just like Toriyama eventually dropped the power level numbers crap from Dragon Ball, because adding numerical value to shit that is meant to be more abstract is dumb.

That's exactly what midichlorians do though.
Adding a stupid Dragon Ball power level is just adding unnecessary bullshit and contradicting the rule the original trilogy setup.
It doesn't contradict anything.

Obi-Wan: "The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together."

Yoda: "Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship."

Yoda: "A Jedi uses the Force for knowledge and defense, NEVER for attack."

None of these quotes are contradicted by the addition of midichlorian cells to the Star Wars universe.

Midichlorians aren't the Force, they're biological cells that exist in your bloodstream that act as a conduit for the Force. The Force itself still remains as mysterious as it did originally. It's a complete nonissue in that regard.

But really, the midichlorians are the least of the problems with the prequels.
The prequels have a lot of awful faults, but midichlorians aren't one of them. They're one of the most misunderstood things about the trilogy.

I think trying to add a scientific explanation to a mysterious phenom is far worse. And makes it lamer.
But midichlorians don't explain the Force, only why not everyone can just use it at will with practice, which benefits the worldbuilding.

From my research, it seems Disney has avoided mentioning midichlorians. The sequels are still shit, but at least they did something right.
Actually, Disney Star Wars ignoring midichlorians led to some pretty awful and even more broken worldbuilding than was already established. At this point no one cares because Star Wars has been raped enough for nothing to matter anymore, but still, a good rule being ignored actively harmed the setting who would've thought?

Bottom line is you can call it Dragon Ball Z power scaling or make fun of it however you want but the Force needs a power cap or else you get stupid bullshit like Force healing or the Force zombie army thing they did with the Sequels and Ahsoka or power fantasy characters like Starkiller who can just snatch a Star Destroyer from orbit and Force crash it onto a planet. Midichlorians at least allow for a better understanding as to why some people have a lot of power and puts a limit on the powers given. Anakin was apparently the most powerful and in-tuned character with the Force and even he didn't Force heal or Force resurrect the dead. As a matter of fact, he was literally manipulated into turning to the Dark Side trying to see if that sort of power was real at all in order to save his wife from death. And he surely wasn't able to resurrect her either.

And like I said, if the Force can just be mastered by anyone through sheer discipline, why aren't there entire armies like the Clones or the First Order Stormtroopers who are brainwashed from birth to follow direct orders that are trained in Force powers?

The show will suck that much is certain. As for roads being safe, I do remember how NCR is overstretched by the virtue of how many problems they have got. That's why there are so many quests we can do for NCR.

However, I am pretty sure it only affects Mojave and maybe roads leading to it like long 15. Case in point: Happy Trails from Honest Hearts dlc. We can already see it in New Vegas world building with raiders stalking major roads leading to New Vegas. The destroyed long 15 shows that NCR has got real economy outside of New Vegas, which is bleeding them dry. If Oliver wasn't such a glory hound idiot, NCR would have been able to push the Legion out

you know they made the force accessible to everyone just by training? yes even the average joe can be a force user just by "training"
also about power scaling why it matters? anakin lost to count dooku even with the huge difference between the midiclorians number, obi wan have less than average and he still reached the jedi council and also beat anakin
hell the only reason why count dooku lost was because of him getting old and weaker because of the dark side
this is not the case like dragon ball when the farmer with 11 power level can never beat freezer
