Are you using the same saved game after re installing or are you always starting a new game? I had a similar problem that I traced to a corrupt saved game. Loading an earlier saved game did the trick.

Try rereading the thread. I've read plenty of good arguments that see FO3 as inferior in most respects save for modern graphics.

Quality voice overs in a game at a minimum require good writing, good acting, and good direction. All these things are needed. If you can't provide good acting or direction then shitcan everything except the important character parts.

With the supermutants you want to take out the missile launcher or minigun first. Those weapons are typically already damaged so can be destroyed easily. The supermutants take a few shots to take out.

It sounds like a modding related Q to me, really unrelated to gameplay help.
