Are you using the Hi res patch - you need it for the updated maps in the new rp. :)

Sounds like you're running Win7?? If so I've had this problem every now and again with certain files and if you check the permissions for the fallout folder you will probably have to edit them so that you have permission. And yes, just in case you're thinking "But I'm the administrator" , so am...
