i figured it out haha.. you need the russian version mod first then you can add the english patch cuz you know its just a patch silly me.

how do you install this or add this mod.. do i need other mods for this or just the untouched classisc version of fallout 2.

this are my specs and I know its saddening. this are the games I can play more or less. I had Mafia but half way through the game it just lag and slowed down so I deleted it.

tried the game it works problem is its too slow and laggy... then I realize it was release around 2007. I can't play games beyond 2004 or rather games that needs 512mb above, only got 256mb at my desposal also games that uses pixel shader and openGL. but now I know what elements they ported to...
