A couple of days ago I decided to give Alien Covenant a try as it is the one Alien movie I haven't watched yet.
I had no high expectations of it as I already had read somewhere that people found it disappointing, but that did not prepare me for what I was going to see.
I am not going to spoil...
I feel what is most the case is that these people have no understanding what Fallout is about, this because they got their knowledge from Bethesda about what Fallout is.
Thing is, Bethesda does not get Fallout either as they think its about the BOS, Enclave, Super Mutants, Ghouls and a perpetual...
And I feel this is passed on in the Fallout series.
As someone who really cares about the Fallout setting, it feels like a punch in the stomach.
More than anything I want to stop caring as almost everything I care about has been ruined by new writers.
It indeed was. Apparently Todd saw Fallout and was impressed by the way the player could kill enemies, not so much the lore and world building, or at least not like Black Isle intended to continue the world building. I blame him and Emil to think that Fallout is all about the BOS, Enclave, Super...
Thing is, I wish the Fallout series was good, but it is handled by Bethesda which I knew would screw up the lore with various retcons and bad continuation. The fact that NCR was wiped out makes it clear to me that they want the setting to remain perpetually undeveloped.
Then the BOS and the...
I have been watching King of the Hill, Batman The Brave and the Bold, and Big Guy and Rusty the boy robot.
The last two are some good all ages entertainment while King of the Hill provides some grown up entertainment.
Once I am done with one of these series I will continue with either Star Trek...
I felt the eggmorphing would make the alien that much more the 'other'. It has a reproduction cycle that has no Earth analog.
When the alien queen was introduced it make the concept too much like angry colony creatures.
I know the scene you are talking about.
Edit: I forgot that it killed Parker and Lambert, so I am a bit wrong about mentioning earlier that the creature always seemed to capture its prey to bring these back to its nest. My bad.
So I guess we are finally going to see the canon choice made in Fallout New Vegas.
Honestly, I wish the show would explore parts of the US we haven't seen yet rather than taking place in the core region and deciding what happened to the NCR, BOS, and now New Vegas.
I watched Alien Romulus and the first two episodes of Alien Earth yesterday and now I am trying to write down my thoughts about either.
Warning, this includes some spoilers for both the movie and the series. I won't spoil the entire plotlines but reading my article will give away some of the...
I don't think its bad but I probably mentioned it already. Just a little repetitive after a while.
Agreed. I didn't experience much graphic glitches, just the occasional pop in and parts of characters going through what suppose to be solid objects. But I understand others have problems with...
