Outside of the human mind, there is no worth. We're top of the food chain for a reason, boy. Imagine being anything but a glorious Human and never having a non-instinctual thought in your life. Morality seperates us from the filth.
Perspective, relativity, and subjectivity. Keep those in mind.
Morality is a personal thing and it's usually dictated by your culture, society, and upbringing. And your own take on all of it too.
Look at a society that eats dogs versus your own. Do you morally conflict? What about cannibalism?
Anything "universal" in these terms are really just "my culture/society agrees with me and therefore we will punish you if you break our mores and taboos"

I'm going to assume you mean China. Now sure, the eating of dogs itself gets to me, dogs are supposed to be our greatest friends. But its how they slaughter the dogs that makes it amoral, and I'm sure many people across the world would agree.
