I screwed up the options with the other factions (the lack of a proper faction system meant every faction loved me somehow) so I had too many choices for the endgame and accidentally screwed up with the Railroad and Institute.
Plus I built that stupid portal in Sanctuary so I was too lazy to see the Brotherhood.
