I just know once the same studio will reach the farmland arc that it will be drastically cut down to appease the weebs that don't have the brain to appreciate slow pacing and only want kewl fights.

I have seen many people that stop reading Vinland Saga because it got slow for and have seen many people start bitching when thorfinn turns pacifist. Even though it was heavily hinted that he would turn pacifist in the beginning and it was obvious from the start.

Part 2 so far has been a step up in just one episode.I hipe they learned from the mess they caused for both part 2 and Vinland Saga.

I don't think the studio has learned. Most fans love S3-1 despite how much it cut from the manga and how rushed it was. Why learn from something when you can most likely get away with it again to appease the masses who don't like slow pacing.

Isayama himself considers the manga to be a "rough draft" of the story. It's possible he wanted it cut.

No he didn't. And cutting it up fucked up the story.

Isayama also didn't directly say anything negative about the shitty live action movie and we know Mangakas don't even own their stories. The screenwriter saying Isayama was totally on board sound like bullshit, because if he was so on board with the changes he would't have written the manga in a way where the skipped material becomes integral to future developments.
