His alleged personal failures as a person aside, I dont know what happened to him while writing this show, it was jsut so bad on a fundamental level, maybe part of it was also the fault of the show runner and director. I kinda stopped with Season 2 because I found it that terrible.

Each season is worse then the last one. I will probably not watch this one.

Season 1: Trevor gets overpowered and driven back by drunks and priests with knives, he barely kills one monster by dumb luck and gets trounced by Alucard.
Season 2, happening a couple of HOURS later at best: Trevor whips demons out of the sky and does a bunch of anime priouettes.
