Like, everyone, all at once, all life on earth really, like - even fish can't just swim around in pudding, besides, what would happen to the magnetic field etc, if the entire planet was just pudding?

It would be excrutiating for everyone, entire agonizing minutes of just gravitational hell, not only are buildings and streets all sinking in pudding, but pudding doesn't have the density of the earth - sudden in space pudding-earth would become a cloud

It would be a horrible, confusing nightmare, followed by all encompassing demise
