You don't actually have to. It ran fine with a whole bunch of mods for me. Plus it's only the first alpha of the mod.

The issue I see here is that the FROST mod demands that you drop your DLCs as well, and with the better mods out there needing the DLCs, it can be a huge fucking issue. I'll be waiting until he fixes the problem.
