So what are your thoughts on the upcoming Torment by Inxile? It would have some mighty big boots to fill.

I haven't read much into it but the premise and setting seem just a interesting and unique as planescapes is so it's certainly a step in the right direction in that aspect.

I do hope some of the strangeness of the setting is explained and that it is not kept 'vague' for the sake of 'Vagueness' a la Lindeloff's excuse for writing shitty mysteries.

The Numenera setting from what I've read is pretty intriguing though I'm interested in seeing if the player's journey is just as complex and thought-provoking as The Nameless One's. Hopefully Torment: Tides of Numenera could match P:T's legacy.
