I'm 35. Yep physical work. Raised in a farm, I would do stuff there, later I worked in construction, railroad construction (even the tools are heavy), I was in the army in artillery where everything is heavy.
My problem is that I'm build for strength, but I'm not flexible. I can lift heavy stuff even today (no exercise in 13 years) but bend back, kneel (is even worst because a busted knee), twisting my hips/torso is painful.
