I watched parts of it. I wasn't interested in it and they were both pretty cringy so 2 hours of content was a bit too much for me but the parts I watched were not of these quotes apparently. It was implied that he would come across as a colossal racist and the 30 minutes of which I did listen to didn't have anything outright racist in it so I just chalked it up to hyperbolic and moved on.

If he really says those things (which I admit does sound pretty fucking racist (although I did find some statistic someone posted once about black and white crimes in regards to class and it showed that he wasn't wrong but he did exaggerate the fact (tried to find it again. Couldn't...))) then I'd like to know where since I clearly missed those crucial parts.
