Yeah, I'm amazed at how reactive the Fallout 2 world is. If you kill Tubby in The Den, a sign appears outside his store saying "Shut down"
The shut down sign appears in a lot of places after you kill the owner. Haven't done a kill-everyone playthrough in ages though
