What's a virtual Pedo?

Basically he has a relationship with a really young person on the internet and he even developed it to a sexual thing.

Oh no I thought he was just looking at loli or something more... I don't know if tame seems the correct word but you get my meaning. How young are we talking.

He's 21 years old and she's 15

.... I mean.... 15 isn't all that bad. It's a bit gross and awkward but you said Pedo. Which means prebuescent girls. Like 6-11. I mean it's just one year below the age of consent in my state. Hell it is the age of consent in Sweden.

Yeah, I see what you mean there, she's 1 year below the age of consent in his country too. Then when I ask him about it on facebook (I found out through another friend w/ screenshots) he's like "she's a slut and she wanted it" then he became all edgy "my path is darkness" and "the website where me and her were communicating is a piece of shit, I'll dox it". Then he blocked me even though we were friends since 2013.

He also thinks he doesn't need anyone in his life because he is better than everyone because he broke the laws of time (He's a Dr. Who fan btw) and he thinks he's a One Man Army. I just think he's going insane. Also, despite saying the website doesn't impact him, later on he says he doxes it.

Then why not report him? Especially if she's not of consensual age (and even then, 16 and 21/22 is...iffy, aren't those things graded?)
