    Fallout 3 Compendium - Release 12 - Beta v0.6.0.2

Add more polygons to the screen, maybe take some away elsewhere if you need to. The screen is what people are going to be staring at the whole time.

    Question for Yall.

Well okay then, I say release it as part of the compendium. I've been wary of anyone else's mods to gameplay anyway because of how they might conflict with the rest of yours.

    Question for Yall.

Is it possible/easy to release a working mod AND a resource package alongside it?

    Fallout 3 Compendium - Release 12 - Beta v0.6.0.2

Right, looking at it again, making it flask-shaped would work better. I also agree that it should be bulky, but if it's going to be as big as the barrel of the gun it might need some more detail to make it 'pop'.

    Fallout 3 Compendium - Release 12 - Beta v0.6.0.2

The CRT is a little too plain... Without textures, it looks a bit like a magical screen cone instead of a monitor. My advice is to shorten the length of the monitor and add some loose wires connecting it to the body of the scope Like this, except not in MSpaint ;)

Bethesda Reacts To Three Major Fallout 3 Criticisms

Well wait hold on the pc version is probably the best one out there. It crashes, but apparently so do the other versions. And the ps3 one is apparently a disaster? Lots of people thought Oblivion was great so

Padding out The Power Of The Atom

An idea I've had kicking around in my head is that the Followers of the Apocalypse from fallout 1 are still around and the church has spread, but the message has been twisted and distorted over time and several new leaders until they in no way represent what they used to. Instead of trying to...

Padding out The Power Of The Atom

I think this is a great scenario you've written up, but it doens't include much of gameplay. You should consider how it should be completed for both good and evil in the action, sneak, science, diplomat ways. Also consider what happens if the player tries to "break" the quest by killing...

Fast Travel - Random Encounter mod finally released!

It's a hard 50% (not based on stats) and the comments make it sound really buggy. Close, but needs a couple more revisions.

Poll: Ranged damage or Regular damage?

    Fallout 3 Compendium - Release 12 - Beta v0.6.0.2

I think it's best left up to a die roll based on luck and skill, the player's ability to aim in realtime should have nothing to do with it. In fact, I'd be happy with removing all modular limb damage from realtime combat, if VATS is considered the equivalent of a targeted shot.

    Fallout 3 Compendium - Release 12 - Beta v0.6.0.2

This sounds like it's getting awfully far away from the RPG nature of the series and turning it into even more of an FPS

Classic Fallout weapons, work in progress

Good improvement, I particularly like the rust on the... whatever those white things are. Some more variation the 'body' of the weapon would serve it well as it still looks a bit Quake 2-ish. More could also be done with the various handles, they don't look particularly aged at all. Also...

    Fallout 1/2 style travel map

Well the title of the thread made it sound like someone had finally hacked in map-based travel with random encounters When in reality, it's the same thing as dropping in an npc that teleports the player to your new location, just with a GUI involved. Don't get me wrong, it's an...

    Fallout 1/2 style travel map

This isn't really what I was hoping for. It's not really a Fallout 2 style travel map as it is a cheat for modders to add new areas.
