Hi :) , you probably got laid with one of the Bishop's girls and got the companion bug, if my knowledge about Per's guide dont fail, the way to fix that (without much trouble) is to fight the super mutant in NCR.

Thats why there are stat paddling servers :D You are talking about BF2142, thats ok but in BF2 you dont actually have to worry about unlock since the best weapon in the game is the default AK47. Lets hope that Bad Company 2 follows BF2 design.
