Ugh, this is making it hard to do stuff. The GECK pretty much shows the stage as it should be but when I test it, it messes up. I doubt it's the overlapping in the cave because I tested it a bit earlier with a few pieces which were overlapping and it worked just fine...

Not referring to the quest when you fix the radio dish, after that the music stutters and has popping in the background still. There is the esc trick where you press esc, wait half a second, and then one song will play normally but damn thats annoying.

Pretty sure that when you make alterations and save that file as an esp. it will be within the data files on your launcher. All you need to do is check the box so it's on and your perk should have the altered effects in game while the your mod is on.
