I was able to kill those turrets with multiple units with hunting rifles just out of the reach of the turrets... took awhile but it was worth it. Each turret had over 600 large energy cells. Worth quite a bit of script in the game, or just useful to have during later missions.

Happens to me lots for some weird reason, just manually copy the music off the disc and put it in the fallout2\data\sound\music folder.

Also... (I do this sometimes) if your on hard mode, just switch it to easy mode to gain more skill % and you might be able to pull it off. I ushually turn it back to hard mode after for more fun in the wild.
