    I believe they are classified. I have asked killap a few times to show just a single screenshot since he announced them but to no avail. He didn't even dignify these requests with a response, which he usually does on other matters.

    Three posts up killap sort of confirmed that 1.3 will include all the major parts that he ever planned adding to the RP, including the shi sub. Thus I expect 1.4 will only be done for polish not new content.

    When you say reaction system, do you mean that karma and your deeds in the world woud have a greater effect on interaction? Sounds pretty cool if you ask me but must be a colossal task for modding.

    The point is that if you are looting armor from a cropse it will have been inevatably damaged, you know pierced by bullets, blown up from explosives, cut and torn from blades etc. In order to make the armor usable again it needs to be repaired which requires the repair skill.     I know this will make me unpopular, but I wouldn't mind waiting a little bit longer if that means you could implement the shi submarine. After all, 1.4 seems to be a very very long time away.
