    However, the SOUND.LST will have to be refreshed with "regsnd.exe" so it doesn't crash your game upon trying to play a file whose information doesn't match the LST file's.

    @xsarq They're excluded temporarily, until Fallout Fixt moves to the FO2 engine for easier implementation of the respective NPCs required for the quest.

    FrameAnimator is for increasing the FPS of the FRMs you talk about. Patch000.dat overwrites anything that comes after the contents of "Fallout 2 directory\data", even Killap's patches want you to delete it because it throws a wrench into the modifications you make in FO2.

    I don't think it's really worth it to give 'em walkie-talkie filter versions of their voice lines, 'cause it'd take up loads of space just for "helmeted power armor" heads. Maybe Falltergeist will allow doing that in realtime like Gamebryo did with FO3 & New Vegas?

    I'm just saying that with Fallout 2, Black Isle altered the WAE1XXX1.ACM to sound less loud and more unique. I don't mind and it gives me a sense of "PUNCH!" even with the revolver.

    I know that Randal's set up to allow bartering if you get through the conversation with fake citizenship papers, it shouldn't be too hard setting up Eldridge's Bounty Hunter leader variable to enable barter. From what I understand, the Barter dialogue option overrides the "cannot Barter" flag

    I made mention of this on the Restoration Project bug reports page, I took care of the power plant and have great Karma including the Champion title and he considered me "scum" too. Neutral rep in Broken Hills just isn't good enough to Francis...

    You can also just delete the WAE1XXX1.ACM from the "data\sound\sfx", and the gunshot was decreased in volume because it was the equivalent of ear rape.
