Mods like that are probably forbidden because they are "sexist" and go against Nexus policy of inclusion. There was a mod called Grounded Commonwealth that got banned everywhere, even on ModDB.com. But if you can get a hold of that it will probably address the issue with women being raiders...

Ok so with my new character I went with Melee, Medicine and Survival. And then Skilled and Hot Blooded for traits. Hot Blooded seems to be just annoying, like most of the traits.
