Jim "NMA should shut up about Bethesda" Sterling hates 76

You know you've fucked up when Jim "I look past Bethesda's laziness because I think being too lazy to program monogamy in Fallout 4 is Bethesda accommodating my degenerate poly lifestyle" Sterling hates your game. Of course, I find it ironic that the author of this...

    InXile joinins the Microsoft family

There you go. I knew there was another big one he was on.

    InXile joinins the Microsoft family

Yup. Left Obsidian in 2015, started working with Larian Studios as a Freelance. He also did some stuff for Subset Games, who made FTL. Hasn't been permanently employed by either so presumably is still Free.

    Hitman (Season) 2

It is really good. I genuinely think it only improves on it's predecessor. I'm replaying the old missions first, so don't know about the levels in and of themselves, but if Miami has all that that bodes well. Mechanically it's a beauty.

Why does this website dislike Fallout 3 so much?

I hope this isn't to old to reply to, but it's a play on the expression "Many A True Word Is Spoke In Jest" Nerd rhymes with word. I thought it was uncreative when the channel started and I think it's uncreative still.

How did you discover Fallout ?

When I was a kid, my old computer that I loved and thought was Magical was never really used for gaming (I liked paint and typing and stuff I was a weird kid don't judge me.) I was a Nintendo kid, and still am, tbh. But, around the year 2000, something called Windows XP had came out, and my...

    MATN Fallout 76

So, I've been a MATN fan since he was under 5000 subs. I'm also British. He was, for a very long time, my favourite YouTuber. It's not really hard to see what's happened with him. It happens with every YouTuber. As they get bigger, their views change. The videos change. It changes them too...

Why does Bethesda make everyone essential?

Honestly, I think a big part of it is their general world design. You look at games like Skyrim (especially Skyrim) and Fallout 3 and 4, it's meant to be open enough to allow characters to interact, but also have elements of randomness in regard to spawned encounters for the player. In...

Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

I joined in 2016 because mods and never bothered saying hi. That was rude I suppose. I'm probably actually gonna start interacting instead of just reading so might as well. I work in PR, eat unhealthy food, play RPGs and watch anime. My only regret in life is that I don't actually own a...

Fallout: New California - BETA is out!

I didn't stick with it long enough to find out the spoiler. On reading it, I'm very glad I didn't. I mean that's just ridiculous. I thought it was "fan fictiony" enough already without doing something like that.

Fallout: New California - BETA is out!

I messed around with it for a bit. It's fun. It's fine. But it's not the lore friendly revival and rival to 76 it so clearly wants to be. You can tell it's going hard for the New Vegas fanboys who hate 3, especially with the release time and that. It's not got US in mind though, you can tell...

    20 Years of Fallout

I dunno how long it's been since I used to browse the forums here. I signed up eventually when downloading some mods or something. Never really felt a need to join the conversation, observation was fine. But yeah, this place does feel like a homecoming. Real Fallout Fans, with their eyes open...
