    IIRC, when installing the RP you can opt out of the mod that changes NPC appearance based on armor. Then you can install the B-team mod that makes them all look like regular dudes... which should allow them to use any weapon, at least from a visual perspective.

    If you include the option of taking the Sniper perk, then Fast Shot is superior to aimed shots, imo. I don't think I've ever picked Fast Shot though. I just love crippling enemies and reading the descriptions on critical hits.

    I would personally go with the Power Armor from Fallout 1 and 2 moreso than the later installments. They work better in a top down view, in my opinion.
