You know I've been thinking about playing this series for quite some time now, and since there's a "Summer Sale" going on at the moment, I figured I'll give them a go! But first, I wanna know a few things before getting into them... For those who've played these games or have at least tried...

The remaster is out! Our opinions of it remains to be seen. InXile has put together some sort of introduction on their website with tips and tricks for new players.

Wasteland remastered will be released February 25.

The Wasteland 1 Remaster will be out Q4 this year. Along with the news we got a (alpha) screenshot of the world map and a view of the storybook which will appear in-game.

Brian Fargo have tweeted a screencapture of the Wasteland 1 remaster in development by Krome Studios. The remaster will be released later this year and is apparently also coming to xbox.

Could they possibly fit the same setting, despite being from differing developers? I'm not asking if they are, because obviously not, but from a nerd who likes the idea... would they fit nicely or is there a lot of overlap or areas that don't fit one another? I ask because the PnP game in out...
