It is smaller. According to Sawyer, the unique .45 is based on the compact "Officer" variant of the 1911, though it "should have a reversed recoil plug."

I like the .45 too. Powerful, yet balanced and comfortable while shooting.

I still like the 10mm Classic in terms of Fallout terms along with abundant magazine means less reloading against light armored enemies.
