Aug 21, 2012 #1 C CDO First time out of the vault Today I was testing out the GRA 12.7mm smg and using Steady did not give me maximum hit % in V.A.T.S. despite having the required strength and Guns skill. Is there some way to fix this or is it like this for everyone?

Aug 21, 2012 #2 Walpknut This ghoul has seen it all Did you pick Fast Shot? It reduces Accuracy in VATS by 20%.
