51st State

In Soviet Canada the moose is already nationalized and has a party membership card. :))
I think the Americans should annex Monte Carlo, Lichtenstein or the Vatican. They are perfect: small population and great profit potential or great strategic value

I don't recall the Canadian parliament being renamed the politburo. Moose have been known to form their own Commie co-op style of governance which causes us much mayhem from time to time.

Mexico, though I know a few folks in Brazil that want to get in first.

Isn't it the other way around since Mexico is working diligently to conquer the southwest.

The U.S. will schism before a 51st state is ever added. Hawaii may secede, so may others if things get much worse here.

Denmark aspires to be a candidate. Its one of the only countries still in the Coalition and will probably be the ONLY one when Blair looses his next election!

I agree. From somebody living in occupied territory amid a very hostile army, the days of American having 50 states is quickly drawing to a close. From what I have seen and heard, it will be less, very, very, very soon.

We've already got a 51st state... Canada.

Hehe, we got there first. You tried to take Canada off us in 1812 (if I recall correctly) and you got your capital burned for your pains. It was a draw.

Here Here former British colonial master, however The British forces that defended Canada in 1812 were composed mostly of the local Canadian miltia and Indian tribes allied with Britian. It was not a draw either since the Americans at the end of the War had lost more territory than they had started with, numerous government buildings in Washington were burned, Canadian/British forces won most battles and the Americans lost more of their Navy. The Americans did however burn York (Toronto) but they did not stay in York and left 5 days later neutralizing any chance of using it as a forward base on Lake Ontario.
